Market researcher Gartner says that future applications within the company will be provided from an Enterprise AppStore.The user needs to get a new application. She goes to the enterprise applications store and looks at pours over
the various applications that might fit her need. Based on ratings and user commentary, she chooses a new
application installs it on all of her devices.
User can also "follow"
The concept of safebook allows to quickly "follow" colleagues or experts across the organisation and collaborate with them. You do not just follow people, you follow campaigns, loan applications, hot customer cases etc.
Your people are talking to you, just like via Twitter, but also your applications like i-Bank or external systems start talking to you via the i-Tweet live-feed and status updates. This is a complete new approach of enterprise collaborations on different levels.
